I had a zoom meeting set up in the afternoon with Dr. Sekula. He was scheduled to do an operation & was afraid it might run into my meeting so he called me first thing in the morning to see how I was feeling & if I needed anything. Besides being an excellent surgeon, he makes you feel very comfortable.

Amazing surgeon, great staff! This man changed my life. 10/10!!! I will never not recommend Dr. Sekula. He performed my surgery in Pittsburgh and if I ever need any neurosurgery again I'd 100% follow him to New York
Dr. Sekula performed a decompression surgery on me in April 2025 which so far has been a complete success. From my initial video call in February to my in person consultation, Dr. Sekula's relaxed personality made me feel very comfortable. I felt he was truly looking out for my best interests when we discussed what outcome I was hoping for. His follow-up post surgery was appreciated. My goal when looking for a surgical solution to my problem what to find an expert in the field of Hemifacial Spasm decompression surgery, and to that end I feel I made the right choice!
Most honest and professional doctor I have met . His explanation of my condition was thorough, very detailed and extremely informative.
